Dr. Dawn DeBrocco

Clincal Psychologist, PsyD, ADHD-CCSP, HSP

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of post-graduate experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, and my Master's degree and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. I am credentialed to provide telehealth psychology services through the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology. I hold a certification in ADHD treatment and am a registered Health Services Psychology Provider. I have an extensive background working in medical and inpatient psychiatric settings, including 6 years at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as part of the leadership team that launched the first-of-its-kind, Medical Behavioral Unit.

I specialize in providing psychotherapy for people with anxiety, depression, autism, medical conditions with mental health needs, and ADHD. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions. I have developed and launched mental health treatment programs in inpatient mental health, outpatient mental health, and medical hospital settings, provided staff training, as well as extensive experience in supervising students and other clinicians.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.

I am an avid reader (I mostly enjoy fiction), play old-school video games, and practice Muay Thai when I am not running my children to their after-school activities!
