I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of post-graduate experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, followed by my Master's degree and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. I am credentialed to provide telehealth psychology services through the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology. Additionally, I hold a certification in ADHD treatment and am a registered health services psychology provider.
My background includes extensive experience in both medical and inpatient psychiatric settings. Notably, I spent six years at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where I was part of the leadership team that launched a pioneering Medical Behavioral Unit.
I specialize in psychotherapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, autism, medical conditions that impact mental health, and ADHD. I believe in our incredible potential for flexibility and change, which allows us to lead our best lives. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also developed and implemented mental health treatment programs in inpatient and outpatient settings, provided staff training, and have extensive experience supervising students and other clinicians.
I am a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
In my free time, I enjoy reading (particularly fiction), playing video games, crocheting and practicing Muay Thai, as well as chauffeuring my children to their after-school activities!
