We are currently in-network with Medicare and Aetna plans (insurance to be verified prior to initial appointment). Through Headway, we are also in network with most major insurance companies (including but not limited to Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Cigna, Quest, Blue Cross Blue Shield).
You can elect to pay the self-pay rate and submit your superbill for possible reimbursement after your initial appointment. If there is a copay or deductible, this will be collected at the time of service.
Out-of-Network/Self-Pay Rates:
-Initial Therapy Intake Appointment (90 mins allotted): $250 one-time fee
-Psychotherapy sessions (53 mins): $180 per session
-Autism Spectrum Disorder Diagnostic Evaluation: $2000 (Payment plan available: $500 due at the initial interview, $750 due during clinical observation, $750 due before release of the report)
- Biofeedback: $35 additional fee per training session
Additional Services (may not be covered by insurance):
- Neurofeedback: $50 additional fee per training session
- Clinical Consultation: individual contracted rate (please contact via phone or email for more information)
Payment is required at the time of service. It can be made via Zelle or credit card (a 2.9% + .30 cents additional service fee applies per transaction if using a credit card).
*Some services are not covered by insurance. Your provider will inform you of this and ask you to sign a financial agreement for the non-covered service.
*A superbill can be provided (by request) for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement by your insurance; however, insurance payment is not guaranteed.
*A $50 late cancellation fee will apply if a scheduled appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
* A $75 no-show fee will apply if the client does not join the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
